A cool place to stay! Plenty of room and a nice fire pit area. A clubhouse with games, a pool table, TV, air hockey, and a foosball table (if the weather is bad). Friendly hosts who want to do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommend!

This campsite was great! They had air-conditioned cabins, an outdoor pavilion, and a campfire area. It was nice, quaint, and quiet. The pond had lots of fish. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. We weren’t far from downtown Dunlap, TN. There, we saw the Songwriters Festival, the historic coke ovens, and Main Street.
Diane’s property is so beautiful. We stayed one night while passing through Dunlap. I decided to book Diane’s place for a short (and fun) camping experience. The cabins were cozy, and the bathhouse was clean and well-equipped. Diane was so friendly, helpful, and flexible. We arrived late at night with my golden retriever. I would 100% recommend staying on Diane’s property. And I would have loved to stay longer to explore more!
The fishing was amazing! That first night we caught a catfish so big it literally stripped the gears of my reel. There are big bass, bluegill, and catfish. Their community center has so many game options. Pool, air hockey, ping pong & foosball plus tons of board games. The shower was clean, with plenty of clean towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We really had a great time all weekend. There is also over a mile of trail to hike.
Diane was a very accommodating host and went above and beyond expectations. The place was very nice with a peaceful country setting. I enjoyed it!
Cute and quaint! Great for a short stay! The bathroom is detached from the sleeping area but was modern, clean, and not a problem for us. Thank you for sharing your space with us!
Diane is a wonderful host, and her property is a beautiful piece of land. Our cabins were clean and comfy. She took care of *all* our needs throughout our stay. I highly recommend this lovely little slice of wilderness!
